REHAU adds the compact panel RAUVISIO noir compact to its portfolio (Kopie)

The aesthetic and irresistibly soft to touch RAUVISIO noir surface has established itself in furniture making and interior design at record speed. REHAU is now extending the range of application for this elegant, noble matte surface. The compact panel RAUVISIO noir compact is the number one choice for damp and wet zones, as well as heavily used areas.

With this product enhancement, REHAU is closing a gap in its interior fittings portfolio. The compact panel RAUVISIO noir compact complements the renowned RAUVISIO noir range, thereby providing greater flexibility and increased project applications.

RAUVISIO noir compact: compact panel for demanding applications

The robust HPL surface of RAUVISIO noir is suitable for mechanically highly stressed horizontal use as a worktop in the kitchen or a counter in a shop, for example. RAUVISIO noir compact is broadening this application area: the core of the panel consists of impregnated paper that matches the color of the surface, lending the material its thermosetting character. This makes this panel variant ideal for furniture and wall protection in the healthcare sector and for shopfitting, in changing rooms of recreation and wellness facilities or for tables and counters in restaurants.

Like the entire RAUVISIO noir family, the compact panel has numerous benefits, including an irresistibly soft feel, noble matte finish, easy cleaning and antibacterial properties. In addition, the material is deeply light-absorbent, forged to withstand fingerprints, impact and scratches and also wet and heat resistant.

The compact panel is made of solid material with a particularly high density and is ideal for heavily used surfaces and environments. It is robust, hard-wearing, self-supporting, phenol-free and highly temperature-resistant. It is processed using woodworking tools, ideally ones that are diamond-tipped. The standard range will initially include four colors. The standard dimensions are 4,100 x 1,300 x 12 mm.

RAUVISIO noir compact is available from March 2024 in the REHAU surface program.
