HAILO at SICAM 2025

For over 75 years, HAILO has stood for intelligent household solutions "made in Germany" that are benchmark-setters in terms of their functionality, quality and design. At this year's SICAM in Pordenone, the company is presenting itself as a strong supplier to the kitchen industry. Under the motto of "Clear concepts, clever systems", it will be exhibiting a range of products that impress with a system concept as well as their everyday usefulness.

Trade show stand C37 in Hall 1 will focus on functional solutions for modern kitchens and utility rooms – for example for separating waste or organising cabinet interiors.

Systematic innovations

HAILO's new ideas are also attention-grabbing. The Cargo Aqua waste disposal system is a prime example of how the company responds to current user needs – such as the desire to be able to filter your drinking water right there in your kitchen. The innovative design purposefully leaves enough space for a water filter or station – a clever response to the changing cabinet interior requirements. "Affordable and good, healthy filtered water that you can drink straight from the tap is an aspect that is becoming increasingly important to consumers," says Hailo Built-in Technology area manager Stephan Müller. "However, where do you put the filters? Finding an answer to this and to the many other questions that constantly arise in the continuously developing environments of the kitchen and the utility room is HAILO's job – and we do it with passion and inventiveness."

This focus on innovations has also resulted in the first system cabinet, a complete solution initially presented by HAILO as a prototype at the interzum that is now also being shown at the SICAM. The system cabinet is scheduled to be available from the second half of 2026 onwards. The sink base unit, which is 60cm wide, combines waste separation with storage space utilisation and smart features; it is therefore a much more convenient solution for any household.

HAILO will also launch three new convenience-focused waste separation products at the SICAM. Once again, the innovations respond to the individual needs of households, which vary depending on the waste separation requirements and possibilities, the available space and personal preferences.

Utility rooms are also being reimagined – with space-saving built-in solutions for bottles, laundry or crates of drinks that are now also available in a contemporary dark grey as well as white.

At the SICAM, HAILO is therefore not merely showing standard solutions but also showcasing its marked ability to adapt. HAILO system cabinet: the complete solution for the sink base unit

The new system cabinet is HAILO Built-in Technology's first complete system for sink base units that takes all of the various requirements into account – it is compact, high-quality and offers genuine added value to kitchen planners, fitters and users. The base unit, which is 60cm wide, holds a granite sink and combines waste separation with maximum storage space utilisation and smart features – all in one product, from one source.

The system cabinet impresses with up to four-way waste separation, including an organic waste bin fitted high up that makes it possible to directly dispose of organic waste through an opening in the sink. The waste system is perfected by soft close runners equipped with a self-close mechanism, concealed guides and a sliding cover frame with integrated LED lighting that elegantly conceals the bin handles and bin liners.

Everyday convenience

A particular highlight is the touch display in the upper area of the cabinet. This not only controls the lighting and indicates the organic waste bin's fill level but also displays the individual waste collection calendar and can optionally control the dishwasher and the washing machine via Wi-Fi connections. It transforms a functional product into a smart organiser system that offers genuine added convenience.

The system also includes a spacious sink made of a high-quality granite composite material with eccentric controls, an integrated cover for the organic waste disposal opening and a practical draining board. An illuminated compartment for cleaning products or accessories provides additional storage space.

The new HAILO system cabinet is therefore a genuine innovation in the built-in technology area: a combination of design, functionality and smart features that reimagines the sink base unit – for more everyday order, convenience and efficiency in the kitchen.

Waste separation system HAILO Cargo Aqua: for water filters underneath the sink

An increasing number of people now tend to drink filtered water straight from the tap. Integrated water filters are therefore en vogue – and take up a lot of space inside the kitchen sink base unit. Thanks to the new compact waste separation system HAILO Cargo Aqua, various bins and a water filter can now easily be installed next to each other.

Before the HAILO Cargo Aqua, customers usually had to choose: they either stored their waste separation system below the sink or installed a water filter there. With the HAILO Cargo Aqua, the company with the red dot logo has now launched an innovative solution on the market: due to the asymmetrical way it is fitted to the front and the waste separation system's sheet metal housing, the Cargo Aqua does not extend across the entire width of the unit, but leaves enough space for a water treatment system to be fitted either to its left or to its right.

The HAILO Cargo Aqua is available in four versions. It comes in a timeless dark grey and can be installed in 600mm, 750mm and 900mm wide units. The 600mm version offers the customers a choice between one or two inner bins that can be taken out. The 750mm version features two inner bins with a volume of 28 and 18 litres, and the 900mm Cargo Aqua is even equipped with three inner bins for optimum waste separation.

Cargo Aqua therefore once again illustrates what HAILO stands for: products that offer innovative solutions to new everyday challenges.

Individual waste separation: Launch of three new convenience-focused products at the SICAM

When it comes to waste disposal systems in the home, HAILO has a clear agenda: the company offers practical and suitable solutions for all rooms, all requirements and all tastes. HAILO has again expanded its waste separation system range especially for the SICAM – and has thereby once again responded to the individual needs of households, which vary depending on the waste separation requirements and possibilities, the available space and personal preferences.

HAILO Triple XL – maximum flexibility in drawers

With the Triple XL, HAILO is adding a modern waste separation system to its range that can be flexibly used in drawers from 450 to 900mm wide. The system impresses with its well-thought-out design, robust metal components and extreme functionality. Depending on the model, different bin arrangements are available – from large-volume 55-litre containers to versions with several smaller inner bins for the structured separation of non-recyclable waste, organic waste and recyclables. The Triple XL fits into all standard drawer systems and therefore offers a particularly versatile solution for a wide variety of kitchen layouts.

HAILO Separato M – Waste separation in the smallest of spaces

For kitchens where space is limited, HAILO is introducing the new Separato M. With a bin height of only 210mm, the compact system is ideal for unit fronts that are divided into two, including handleless versions. This makes waste separation possible even in kitchens where classic systems cannot be used. Depending on the unit width, there are versions with two or with three 17-litre bins. Matching lids ensure cleanliness and prevent odours, whilst the sturdy metal bin holder guarantees that they can be used for a long time to come. The Separato M is therefore the space-saving solution for clear waste organisation in the smallest of spaces.

HAILO Euro Cargo NT 480 – comfortable, compact, elegant

The Euro Cargo NT 480 is a high-quality waste separation system that is fitted to the front and impresses with a compact fitting depth of only 480mm. It is available in the base unit widths of 450, 500 and 600mm and offers various bin arrangements with up to four removable containers. Synchronised full extending soft close runners equipped with a self-close mechanism, a robust metal system lid and the elegant dark grey finish make the Euro Cargo NT 480 a convenient and at the same time visually appealing solution for everyday use in the kitchen. Thanks to its lower depth, it opens up new possibilities for designing modern kitchens also where space is limited.
