Kinvaro T-Slim receives German Design Award
Another award for Kinvaro T-Slim: After the unique movement system received the Red Dot Award in the spring, it has now been given the German Design Award. This prize is one of the most renowned design awards worldwide and enjoys a high reputation far beyond specialist circles.
Every year a top-class international jury presents the German Design Award, which was created by the German Design Council. It is given to products and projects that are pioneering in the international design landscape. The goal is to promote a design-oriented economy. Kinvaro T-Slim meets these requirements in the eyes of the jury, which presented the award to the movement system in the category "Excellent Product Design - Furniture".
“We are thrilled to receive yet another award for Kinvaro T-Slim," commented Albert Trebo, Managing Director at GRASS. “With Kinvaro T-Slim we have developed a product that is truly unique on the market, and its design opens up possibilities that no other product offers.”
Kinvaro T-Slim is the thinnest, most efficient flap system GRASS has ever developed. It combines purist aesthetics, a very stable construction and the art of perfect movement in an exemplary manner. The flap system blends almost invisibly into the furniture, opening up new possibilities for wall cabinets and offering furniture designers and constructors maximum flexibility. In addition to the aesthetic benefits, this minimalism also has a further advantage: The flap system requires very little space, so that the available storage space can be optimally utilised.
