Naturally Stylish

The Sustainable Sink Generation from SCHOCK

In the beginning there was quartz. The hardest constituent of granite is the main ingredient in the quartz composite sinks from SCHOCK. And it is sourced almost exclusively within the local region of Bavaria, where the high-quality sinks are also handmade. With the launch of the CRISTADUR® Green Line, the kitchen sink is now even more sustainable: the new generation of sinks consist of over 99% natural, renewable or recycled raw materials and represent a contribution to sustainable thinking that has no need to sacrifice style: The premium model KALLIO has been designed in a contemporary country kitchen look and, boasting a straight-line, cubist modular design, fits perfectly into a classic or Scandi-style kitchen. KALLIO will be available from dealers starting in 2021 and comes in two impressive, natural colours: Day is a gleaming shade of pure white, while Night embodies a thoroughly intense graphite black.

The endless cycle of the quartz composite sink

With the CRISTADUR® Green Line, SCHOCK takes a further step towards becoming a sustainable company through and through. Particularly as the modification of the formula is accompanied by an unprecedented recycling concept: the sink can be returned to SCHOCK at the end of its lifetime to go into the company’s closed cycle, where it will be recycled using the latest technology and reused in the production of new sinks without any loss of quality. This option is available in the German market initially.

The CRISTADUR® Green Line will be continuously expanded with further models and colours over time – for even more sustainable diversity in the kitchen. Because if there’s one thing that SCHOCK promises its customers with this sink generation, it is that green has never been more colourful!
