SCHOCK: a “Home of Colourful” at area30

He’s omnipresent: the godfather of punk. Since 2021, Iggy Pop has been the brand ambassador for SCHOCK, the innovative manufacturer of quartz composite sinks and supplier of matching accessories such as taps. At area30, the company put in an appearance that was very much in the style of its latest promotional campaign with the rock icon: in “Home of Colourful”, SCHOCK highlights its products in a vibrant lifestyle ambience that brings colour and individuality to customers’ kitchens. “Our products are an upgrade for every kitchen,” explains CSO Sven-Michael Funck. “The kitchen, as the central, communal place in the home, becomes an extraordinary design highlight. For us, colourful is more than just a palette: it’s an attitude.” SCHOCK is synonymous with durable, design-oriented products that are produced using resource-saving methods and bring colour to customers’ lives while also making them more convenient through features such as CRISTADUR®, which makes cleaning that little bit easier.

Variety and countless combination options for every budget

Visitors to SCHOCK’s booth at area30 found themselves immersed in a whole new world – an oversized, colourful home recreated from the latest ad with Iggy Pop. Imposing archways symbolised the exceptionality of SCHOCK’s product and brand philosophy, which was also represented in the colourful drinks and popcorn snacks that the company had ready for its visitors. Speaking of colour: in its “Home of Colourful”, SCHOCK impressively demonstrated how many combination options can be put together from the entire range of sinks, taps, trims and accessories, thus providing inspiration for every budget and all in the high quality SCHOCK’s customers have come to expect – simply the original.

The newcomers in the “Home of Colourful”

Of course, SCHOCK also had a range of new products with them at area30. The CRISTALITE® series will be expanded in 2024 by a new model: the Lima D-100 combines a sleek edge design with a finely structured drainer that has a practical additional outlet, into which glasses and cups can be emptied, for example. The compact sink is easy to clean and impresses with an optimised bowl volume. The minimalist, Japandi-style designer piece is available in four popular colour variants – and offers an introduction to the SCHOCK world with a fair price/performance ratio.

In addition, two new taps will enrich the “Home of Colourful” in the future: Talia comes equipped with an innovative pull-out system that dispenses with a hose and weight for more space under the sink. A highlight for assembly: the new mounting set allows the tap to be installed from above in the blink of an eye. The pull-out model captivates with its modern, slender shape and structured spray head, and is available as both stainless steel and all-over black variants.

The Epos W is also new in the range. The popular tap line thus welcomes further variants for additional purposes: all models in the series will be available as high- and low-pressure variants with fixed or pull-out spouts. Epos W has now been specially developed to fold down easily and without requiring tools so that it can be placed in front of a window. It is simply lifted out of the mount and put back after opening or closing the window. The popular L form and availability in chrome or all-over black (Puro) makes the Epos taps the ideal companion for every colour of sink.
