SCHOCK has been able to fill the positions of Director of Brand Sales and Director of Private Label Sales with long-standing employees – something that was very important to the management board: “By promoting Johannes Arnold and Frederik Schmid, we are not only highlighting their many years of experience in relation to products, company procedures and processes, but also emphasising our philosophy of recruiting suitable managers from within our own ranks in the first instance,” explains SCHOCK CEO Ralf Boberg. “Both of these colleagues are passionate about the company and their new roles. With their knowledge and dedication and the verifiable successes that they have achieved for the company, they will continue to help SCHOCK to build upon its positive development of the last few years.”

SCHOCK: a “Home of Colourful” at area30
He’s omnipresent: the godfather of punk. Since 2021, Iggy Pop has been the brand ambassador for SCHOCK, the innovative manufacturer of quartz composite sinks and supplier of matching accessories such as taps. At area30, the company put in an appearance that was very much in the style of its latest promotional campaign with the rock icon: in “Home of Colourful”, SCHOCK highlights its products in a vibrant lifestyle ambience that brings colour and individuality to customers’ kitchens. “Our products are an upgrade for every kitchen,” explains CSO Sven-Michael Funck. “The kitchen, as the central, communal place in the home, becomes an extraordinary design highlight. For us, colourful is more than just a palette: it’s an attitude.” SCHOCK is synonymous with durable, design-oriented products that are produced using resource-saving methods and bring colour to customers’ lives while also making them more convenient through features such as CRISTADUR®, which makes cleaning that little bit easier.
New campaign: Iggy Pop celebrates again with SCHOCK
Iggy Pop and SCHOCK, the innovative manufacturer of quartz composite sinks and distributor of high-quality kitchen taps, continue their shared history of hilarity: in the company’s new brand campaign, the “Godfather of Punk” throws a party at SCHOCK’s Home of Colourful. “The message is that our sinks and kitchen taps are as colorful and individual as the people who use them,” says Susanne Zeitlhöfler, Head of Marketing & Product Management at SCHOCK. The second campaign was developed by advertising agency Saint Elmo’s, as was the first SCHOCK impact with Iggy Pop in 2021.

SCHOCK, the innovative manufacturer of quartz composite sinks and supplier of high-grade mixer taps, has acquired Marmorin, the Polish manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen products from quartz composite materials. The acquisition is a key part of SCHOCK’s growth strategy. Terms and conditions of the transaction are not disclosed.

Naturally Stylish
SCHOCK now produces sinks using over 99% natural, renewable or recycled raw materials. The premium kitchen installations are produced in Germany – handmade and with great attention to detail. From 2021, the KALLIO model is available from dealers in intense graphite black or pure white.

The innovative material’s development marks a rigorous continuation of the sustainability drive pursued by the Bavarian company, which has always produced its quartz composite sinks in harmony with nature and the local region: SCHOCK is the only quartz composite sink manufacturer to produce exclusively in Germany, naturally using quartz sand from the local region.
