Task: Strategic communications consulting, content creation for online trade fairs

Organisers of trade fairs are having a difficult time at the moment. Since March last year, trade fairs have not been able to take place or have been severely restricted. The autumn trade fairs of the furnishing industry also had to do without an on-site event in 2020 due to the pandemic. Instead, companies, suppliers, customers and kitchen enthusiasts met at the Inside Seller Days and at küchenherbst.online.

This form of getting in touch with each other, presenting one's own product range and exchanging ideas was new for everyone involved. Also for our customers Lechner and Interprint: Both the worktop and back panel specialist Lechner and the décor printing company Interprint dared to take the step - and we were able to support both of them with their respective digital presences. And we did so entirely according to their individual needs, strategically and also in terms of content creation. In concrete terms, it was a matter of us contributing our expertise in areas such as creative storytelling, CMS maintenance, invitation management or sales communication in addition to classic press work. Together with the companies, we pursued the goal of integrating and presenting the offers on the platforms in an appealing way and with added value for the customers, to attract the attention of the audience in virtual lectures, to win potential customers for interactive chat, to support sales in sales talks and, of course, to invite the target group to visit the platform - all adapted to the technology and possibilities offered by the respective organisers.
