We have been offering this service since 2015. Our second digital printing machine began operation in autumn 2019. We used our previous experience for developing this machine and for optimising the colours and materials. The result: an improved print head technology and a higher resolution. More visitors, exhibitors and internationality: 2019 was the world's leading supplier industry trade fair interzum's most successful year ever. GRASS, the specialist for movement mechanisms, also saw exceptional visitor numbers: "With around 5,000 visitors from more than 80 countries, the interzum 2019 was one of our group of companies' most successful trade fairs," says GRASS manager Albert Trebo, looking back on the event. The visitors were particularly interested in the new concealed flap lift system Kinvaro T-Slim, which was presented in Cologne in surroundings that matched the company's new CI.

Successful interzum 2019 for GERA Leuchten
As the leading trade fair, interzum is of enormous significance for furniture suppliers and manufacturers. And also in 2019, it lived up to its reputation as the central event of the industry: About 74,000 visitors from 152 countries were counted. Participating in the trade fair has been a great success for GERA Leuchten as well: The lighting specialist from St. Gangloff from Thuringia only showed new products on its minimalistic stand.

A record-breaking 74,000 visitors travelled to Cologne for the world’s leading trade fair for furniture industry suppliers, now in its 60th anniversary year. Although you enter a building with a history when you go through the doors of the Design Post in Cologne – the inside is all about the future of interior design. There, where top-level international furnishing brands present their current trends, Interprint took a step further and showed under the 'NEXT' headline how these trends will further develop.

GERA Leuchten at interzum 2019
Minimalism, lighting as a room design element, clear contours – at interzum 2019, GERA Leuchten continues to stay true to its philosophy: "We will be showing several interesting new products in Cologne," says Hening Pölitz, owner and CEO of GERA Leuchten. "They are further developments of existing lighting systems used in a way that makes them look completely new."

REHAU and HYUNDAI L&C
Two international driving forces behind innovative premium products pool their expertise: HYUNDAI and REHAU have joined forces to create added value for their customers. To start this collaboration, the two companies are launching a mineral material in selected countries in the EMEA market. The medium-term objective is international cooperation. The cooperation includes consolidating existing designs and also developing joint designs, to be able to emphasise new features of surface materials. A diverse range of fittings is also an integral element in order to respond to a variety of customer needs.

OpenUp: Vauth-Sagel proclaims new openness
Vauth-Sagel's trade fair stand motto for the interzum 2019 is "OpenUp". This invitation to open up has several different dimensions: it refers just as much to the products as it does to the corporate culture, the global home trends and the way we use spaces – and it is also meant as an encouragement to inspire all visitors, partners and customers to become active themselves.

REHAU Edgeband Symposium 2019
#edge is digital - this was the motto of the traditional Edgeband Symposium, which has been an integral part of the industry's diaries for 28 years. This year, users and industrial customers met regularly at the premises of HOMAG AG in Schopfloch. As every year, the organizers REHAU and HOMAG offered a deep insight into the technical innovations, market developments and design trends that will be important for the "edge year" - and attracted numerous industry experts and journalists to the Black Forest with top-class topics and speakers.

Interprint at Arena Design in Poland
The only place where the definition of design may be questioned is the meeting place of people who shape design on a daily basis. They meet at the Arena Design event in Poznan, Poland: The designers and architects, the creative minds and the young talents of the design sector.

The Interprint Design Week in São Paulo
The Design Week on 13 and 14 March was about more than just decorative paper. It was also about innovations, technologies, art and craftsmanship – and about how great ideas can combine all that. The guests came from Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador and Colombia and met at the "Casa da Fazenda Morumbi" situated close to the Expo Revestir Pavilions.

ASB LumiFlex and DeepLumen enthral world of design
The Frame Awards is a magnet for the international design and architecture scene. The cream of the crop of interior design met in Amsterdam for two days to partake in the awarding ceremony, as well as to create the future of interior design in the Frame Lab. After presenting its LumiFlex floor during last year’s event, the cooperation between ASB and Frame was further expanded this year: next to LumiFlex, the art installation DeepLumen also caused quite the stir.

The fair participation was crowned by a special award: the ASB MultiSports received the ISPO Innovation Gold Award in the category “Teamsport”.

Vauth-Sagel honoured at the ICONIC AWARDS
With the ICONIC AWARDS 2019: Innovative Interior, the German Design Council honours “the best from all areas of interior design”. This year, there was a new product from Vauth-Sagel amongst the products which met the demanding selection criteria of the jury. VS SUB Comfort emerged from the collaboration with Rietberger Möbelwerke – and brings a new dimension of convenience into the furniture.

REHAU at the imm cologne 2019
The imm cologne is a leading international trade fair for interior design, where exhibitors from all over the world present their innovations. The entire spectrum of furniture, living visions and furnishing trends was at home on the Rhine for just a week, starting on 14 January and due to 20 January. A special exhibition of "Let's be smart" was also dedicated to the topic of innovations. In Hall 4.1, a group of exhibitors showed how intelligent technologies make living more comfortable. REHAU focused on the "Bathroom" topic.
